Georgia blackout — security service investigates infrastructure sabotage

Georgia's State Security Service has launched an investigation into widespread power outages on 24 and 25 July, treating them as deliberate sabotage of critical infrastructure. The cities of Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi and many others were left without electricity. The second outage also affected the metro, railway and water supply networks.
