55% of Poles renovate DIY as tradesman costs bite

According to a Nieruchomosci-online.pl survey, 55% of Poles carried out their most recent home renovation themselves or with help from family, while only 24% hired professionals for the entire job. Half of respondents spent no more than 15,000 zloty on their renovation. High tradesman costs are the main driver of the DIY trend.
