Iran accuses Ukraine of deadly attack on Caspian cargo ship

Iran has accused Ukraine of attacking a commercial vessel on the Caspian Sea, killing one sailor and injuring another. Tehran called the incident a criminal act. Ukraine has not publicly responded to the accusations.
