Antonelli handed grid penalty for Hungarian GP, joining Hamilton

Kimi Antonelli has been handed a grid penalty ahead of the Hungarian Grand Prix at the Hungaroring. He joins Lewis Hamilton, who also received a grid drop following qualifying, meaning both drivers will start lower than their qualifying positions.
