Polish retirees earning up to PLN 4,451 gross can be exempt from TV licence fee – but must apply

Polish retirees aged 60 and over who receive a monthly gross pension of no more than PLN 4,451.78 are eligible for an exemption from the radio and TV licence fee. The exemption is not granted automatically — seniors must visit a post office in person and present the required documents to claim it.
