'The Exiles' with Worthington and Duchovny draws on Conrad's 'Heart of Darkness'

Director Midi Z revealed that his upcoming feature "The Exiles," starring Sam Worthington, David Duchovny and Ke-Xi Wu, is inspired by Joseph Conrad's classic novel "Heart of Darkness," reimagined as a contemporary original story. The Myanmar-born, Taiwan-based filmmaker made the revelation while serving as a jury member at the Malaysia International Film Festival (MIFFest). No release date has been announced.
