'Lucky Lu' wins best film at Malaysia Golden Global Awards

Lloyd Lee Choi's "Lucky Lu," a US-Canada co-production, won best film at the Malaysia Golden Global Awards, presented at the closing ceremony of the 9th Malaysia International Film Festival (MIFFest). The jury also recognised filmmakers from across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas in a wide-ranging awards ceremony.
