MTG Reveals 7 Details About Its 2027 Sets at MagicCon Amsterdam

At MagicCon: Amsterdam 2026, Wizards of the Coast unveiled its 2027 Magic: The Gathering roadmap, including a return to the Kamigawa plane, a set in a lost fragment of the game's original plane, and a brand-new underwater world called Nauctis. Designers also hinted at sidelining a core game mechanic and teased details about the next Marvel crossover tie-in. Three more 2025 sets — Reality Fracture, The Hobbit, and Star Trek — are still to come before 2027.
