California Film Chief Colleen Bell on Tax Incentive Fights and Hollywood's Future

Colleen Bell, director of the California State Film Commission, discussed her efforts to restore high-volume TV and film production in Hollywood during an appearance on Variety's "Strictly Business" podcast. She described state tax incentive programmes for the film industry as fundamentally "jobs programmes."
