Duncan Scott delivered gold in the men's 200m individual medley at the Commonwealth Games on home soil, holding off New Zealand's Lewis Clareburt and England's Tom Dean. The result added to Scott's standing as Scotland's most decorated athlete ever. In the same session, Adam Ramsay-Peaty won his 100m breaststroke semi-final.
