EU clears Saudi-led consortium's takeover bid for Electronic Arts

The European Commission has cleared a planned acquisition of Electronic Arts by a consortium led primarily by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF). The regulatory green light brings the deal a significant step closer to completion.
