Prof. Zaleśny: Sadurski's plan for Poland's Constitutional Tribunal echoes communism

Prof. Jacek Zaleśny of the University of Warsaw dismissed Prof. Wojciech Sadurski's plan for Poland's Constitutional Tribunal as "communist reminiscences" with little connection to law. He argued that even if eight Tribunal judges were to gather in a hospital VIP ward, it would constitute a social meeting, not a sitting of the Tribunal.
