Nawrocki blocks windfall tax on fuel firms, giving Tusk's government a scapegoat

President Andrzej Nawrocki vetoed the windfall tax on fuel companies, which commentator Krzysztof Adam Kowalczyk argues could push fuel prices towards 8 zloty per litre.
