India's Education Minister resigns after mass protests over exam paper leaks

India's Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resigned on Saturday following mass protests over a series of exam irregularities. The most damaging was the leak of a medical entrance exam question paper, which forced more than two million candidates to re-sit the test.
