Greece bans under-17s from riding e-scooters in new road safety law

The Greek parliament has passed a law tightening rules on electric scooters. Those under 17 are now banned from riding them, all users must carry third-party liability insurance, and fines have been increased for riding without a helmet or while wearing headphones.
