Polish Health Ministry proposes 240 zł/hr and 76,800 zł/month cap for medical staff
Poland's Ministry of Health has drafted a bill introducing a maximum hourly rate of 240 zł gross and a monthly cap of 76,800 zł gross for medical professionals. The proposal also addresses healthcare contract rules and expands the powers of the National Health Fund (NFZ) and the Agency for Health Technology Assessment. The changes are intended to control spending on contracted medical specialists.
