Georgia's Okefenokee Swamp added to UNESCO World Heritage List

The Okefenokee Swamp in Georgia, USA, has been added to UNESCO's World Heritage List at a UN committee meeting held in South Korea. Other new additions include a centuries-old porcelain centre in eastern China and tidal flats in western South Korea. Okefenokee is one of the largest and best-preserved swamps in North America.
