Poland to raise flat-tax rate to 15% for some entrepreneurs from 2027
The Polish government has drafted legislation that would raise the flat-rate tax (ryczałt) to 15% for some entrepreneurs starting in 2027. Not all self-employed people will be affected — lower rates can be retained if certain conditions are met. The bill is still in the preparatory stage and may change before it comes into force.
