Czech Republic's first underground via ferrata opens in historic gold mine

The first underground via ferrata in the Czech Republic has opened at the historic Peprz gold mine in Jílové u Prahy. The secured climbing route runs through old mine workings and reaches sections of the mine 70 metres above the main tunnel level. It is a one-of-a-kind tourist attraction in the country.
