Volvo's Arek Nowiński: Poland seized its opportunity brilliantly but undervalues its success

Arek Nowiński, appointed President of Volvo Cars for International Markets in 2024, says Poland has made exemplary use of its development opportunity, though Poles tend to undervalue their own achievements. He has been with Volvo since 2004, spent 12 years heading Volvo Car Poland and now oversees a cluster covering Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific (ex-China).
