Poland's longest pilgrimage to Częstochowa sets off from the country's edge

The longest walking pilgrimage to the Jasna Góra sanctuary of Our Lady in Częstochowa has set off from the far end of Poland. Pilgrims are covering an exceptionally long route to reach one of the most important Catholic shrines in Poland. The tradition of walking pilgrimages to Częstochowa has been alive in Poland for centuries.
