China blacklists Vigo Photonics and Wrocław University of Technology over Ukraine support

China has placed Polish firm Vigo Photonics and Wrocław University of Technology on its export restrictions blacklist. The move is retaliation for EU sanctions targeting Chinese companies accused of supporting Russia. Both Polish institutions were blacklisted by Beijing over activities it deemed as assistance to Ukraine.
