Truck Driver in Słupia Konecka Faked Rest Time Using Magnet on Tachograph

Road transport inspectors stopped a truck and trailer driver in the Słupia Konecka commune and discovered that the tachograph was recording rest time even while the vehicle was moving. The driver had used a magnet to manipulate the recording device. Such tampering is illegal and carries serious penalties under transport regulations.
