Costa Rica Captures Top Drug Fugitive "Diablo," Wanted by the US

Costa Rican authorities arrested Alejandro Arias-Monge, 41, known as "Diablo," who had a $500,000 US bounty on his head for alleged drug trafficking. The capture was the result of cooperation between Costa Rican law enforcement and US agencies. Arias-Monge had been one of the most wanted fugitives sought by the United States.
