Chuck Russell, the director and producer behind "The Mask" (1994), "The Scorpion King" (2002), "Eraser," and "A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors," has died at the age of 74. He also worked as a screenwriter and producer throughout his Hollywood career. No cause of death was given.
