CBS analyst Tony Romo arrested on suspicion of DUI in Wisconsin

Tony Romo, CBS NFL analyst and former Dallas Cowboys quarterback, was arrested Thursday by Milwaukee County sheriff's deputies after performing poorly on field sobriety tests during a traffic stop on Interstate 43. He was booked and released. In Wisconsin, a first-offense OWI is not a criminal charge.
