Paramount–Warner Bros. $111bn Merger Delayed Until Antitrust Trial

Paramount Skydance has agreed with a coalition of state attorneys general to delay its $111 billion merger with Warner Bros. Discovery until after an antitrust trial concludes. The parties signed a joint stipulation in federal court on Friday. The deal cannot close until at least five days after a verdict is reached.
