Gen. Hodges: Post-war Ukraine will be like Israel, living under constant threat
Retired US general Frederick Ben Hodges, former commander of US Army Europe, told Deutsche Welle's Ukrainian service that Ukraine will function after the war in a state of permanent threat, much like Israel. He also predicted that Ukrainian intelligence will hunt down Russian soldiers responsible for war crimes after the conflict ends, mirroring how Mossad tracked Nazi war criminals after World War II.
