Madrid-area wildfires risk merging into single fire front

Spanish firefighters are battling blazes sweeping through the Community of Madrid and the neighbouring province of Ávila. Authorities warn the two fires could merge into a single, large and dangerous fire front. One local resident described having to flee as the flames advanced.
