Kaczyński: Morawiecki is not a PiS leader — he didn't sign the required document

PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński stated in an interview with wPolsce24 that Mateusz Morawiecki is not one of the party's leaders because he failed to sign a required membership document. Kaczyński stressed the document was easy to sign and contained no loyalty pledge. Morawiecki has not publicly responded.
