Morawiecki launches new faction — and it emerges he advised Tusk and opposed 500+

Mateusz Morawiecki has formally launched a new grouping of MPs who have "resigned" from PiS, though the party disputes whether they left voluntarily or will be expelled. It also emerged that the former prime minister previously served as an adviser to Donald Tusk and had not supported PiS's flagship 500+ benefit programme.
