Poland's "hate affair": three judges face disciplinary charges over data leaks

Deputy judicial disciplinary spokesman Tomasz Ładny has filed disciplinary charges against judges Jakub Iwaniec, Rafał Puchalski and Przemysław Radzik. The charges relate to unlawfully obtaining and disclosing personal data of fellow judges and actions aimed at discrediting them, as part of Poland's ongoing "hate affair" scandal.
