Warsaw Court Overturns Governor's Refusal to Grant Recurring Status to Independence March Event
A Warsaw district court has overturned a decision by the Masovian governor who refused to grant recurring-event status to this year's Warsaw Uprising March, organised by nationalists from the Roty Marszu Niepodległości association. The court ruling clears the way for the march to obtain the status that gives organisers priority over the route. The governor had originally blocked the status amid political controversy over the event.
