Poland proposes Patriot missile factory – US industry relieved by offer

Deputy Defence Minister Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka said in Washington on Friday that US industry representatives "heard with relief" Poland's proposal to host Patriot missile production on Polish soil. The plan envisions trilateral cooperation between Poland, the US and Ukraine, as an alternative to siting the factory in Ukraine itself.
