Costa Rica's first Oscar-nominated below-the-line talent: sound editor Felipe Pacheco

Sound and music editor Felipe Pacheco became the first Costa Rican below-the-line talent to receive an Oscar nomination, recognised for his sound editing work on Ryan Coogler's multi-Oscar-winning film "Sinners." Based in Los Angeles, Pacheco relocated there after studying film scoring at the prestigious Berklee College of Music.
