TV licence exemption for Polish seniors requires in-person application at post office

Retirees aged 60 or over who receive a pension of no more than 4,451.78 zł gross per month are eligible for an exemption from the Polish TV licence fee. The exemption is not granted automatically — seniors must visit a post office in person and present documents confirming their eligibility.
