Nawrocki refers fuel windfall tax law to Constitutional Tribunal — govt: 4 bn zł blocked
President Andrzej Nawrocki referred the windfall-profit tax on fuel companies to the Constitutional Tribunal rather than signing it into law. Finance Minister Andrzej Domański criticised the move, saying it blocks 4 billion złoty earmarked to fund a package protecting Poles from high fuel prices.
