Orlen explains why fuel sold to Ukraine costs under 3 zł per litre

Calculations circulating online suggested Poland sells fuel to Ukraine for under 3 złoty per litre — far cheaper than domestic pump prices. Orlen clarified that the figure refers to the net export price, which excludes excise duty, VAT and other charges that make up the higher retail price paid by Polish drivers.
