Poland's First Community Forest Opens Near Wrocław — Other Cities Still Waiting

Poland's first community forest has been established near Wrocław as part of a government project to create new forests around major cities. The Lasy i Obywatele foundation criticises the process for lacking transparency — spokesperson Marta Jagusztyn says the public is being "sold a pig in a poke". It remains unclear when and where similar forests will be created near other Polish cities.
