73-year-old Miyamoto wants to keep making games for another decade despite family pressure

Shigeru Miyamoto, creator of Super Mario and The Legend of Zelda, has told Famitsu magazine that he hopes to still be making games in 10 years, even as his family asks whether it is time to stop at age 73. He did not name a specific project he wants to see through to completion, but expressed a desire to spark a broad movement around gaming. He joins fellow developers Hideo Kojima and Todd Howard in rejecting the idea of retirement.
