Dmitry Tuleyev, son of former Kemerovo region governor Aman Tuleyev, is running for the State Duma as a United Russia candidate. His financial disclosure lists his income for the past year at just 5 roubles and 40 kopecks — the lowest declared income among his party colleagues. The Duma elections are scheduled for September.
