Nawrocki signs law banning dogs on chains in Poland

Polish President Karol Nawrocki has signed the so-called "chain law", banning the permanent keeping of dogs on chains. It is the second attempt at such legislation — Nawrocki previously vetoed an earlier version of the bill. The new regulations are intended to improve animal welfare across Poland.
