Warsaw Court Rules Warsaw Uprising March Can Have Recurring Assembly Status

The Warsaw District Court overturned a decision by the Masovian Governor who had refused to grant recurring assembly status to this year's Warsaw Uprising March. The application was submitted by the Roty Marszu Niepodległości association. Recurring assembly status gives organisers priority over other gatherings at the same time and place.
