Boston Declares July 24 Passion Pit Day for Band's 20th Anniversary

The city of Boston officially declared July 24 to be Passion Pit Day in honour of the band's 20th anniversary. Frontman Michael Angelakos founded Passion Pit in 2006 while studying at Boston's Emerson College, and the group released its debut EP Chunk of Change in 2008. Both the city and Angelakos are marking the milestone together.
