Pompeii archaeologists reconstruct frescoed banquet hall ceiling

Archaeologists at the ancient site of Pompeii have unveiled the partially reconstructed frescoed vault of a banquet hall. The decorations feature detailed scenes drawn from Greek mythology. The find is the latest in a series of significant discoveries at the city destroyed by the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD.
