UK-US trade deal no longer looks world-beating as rivals get better terms

The UK-US trade deal, once hailed as world-beating, is looking increasingly ordinary as American tariffs on British goods remain effectively unchanged. Other countries have since secured better terms from Washington, eroding any competitive advantage Britain hoped to gain. The deal's standing has been reassessed by BBC economics editor Faisal Islam.
