Drunk 18-year-old injures 8-year-old girl with sharp object in Zamość

Police in Zamość, Lublin voivodeship, detained an 18-year-old who attacked an 8-year-old girl with a sharp object on a residential estate. The teenager had over 2 per mille of alcohol in her blood at the time of the incident. The case has provoked public outrage in the city.
