Poland's AI Regulator to Launch in November After President Signs Law

President Karol Nawrocki has signed a law establishing the Commission for the Development and Safety of Artificial Intelligence, Poland's new AI market regulator. The body is set to begin operating in November. The legislation also introduces regulatory sandboxes and grants citizens the right to file complaints about AI regulation violations.
