ZUS chief: Poland not ready to debate raising the retirement age

Liwiusz Laska, head of Poland's Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), told "Rzeczpospolita" that Poland is not currently ready for a debate on raising the retirement age. He stressed that ZUS's role is to show citizens the consequences of their retirement decisions, not to lead political debate. He did not rule out the topic returning in the future.
