Nawrocki refers windfall fuel profits tax to Constitutional Tribunal

President Karol Nawrocki has referred a windfall profits tax on liquid fuel sales — covering March to December 2026 — to Poland's Constitutional Tribunal. The presidential office announced the move in an official statement. The law will not take effect until the Tribunal issues its ruling.
